Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment-related customer service inquiries and refunds.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel a digital service purchased at a distance within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. We go further: if you are unsatisfied with BandTools, we offer a full refund under the following conditions:
- You request a refund within 30 days of signing up
- Your account has not been suspended for violating our Terms of Service
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
After the 30-Day Window
Outside the 30-day refund window, no partial or pro-rata refunds are offered for unused time on a monthly or annual subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period.
