BandTools uses automated content moderation tools, including AI services such as those provided by third parties, to help identify content that may violate these Terms. The purpose of these systems is to help detect potentially unsafe or prohibited content so that it can be reviewed by a human moderator. These automated tools do not make final decisions about compliance, and final enforcement decisions (such as blocking, holding, or removing content) are made by BandTools personnel. You agree that content you submit may be analysed by automated tools as part of this moderation process.
You may cancel your account at any time. If you cancel, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately. Your username will become available for others to register.
If you are unsatisfied with BandTools, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
BandTools provides its service “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, email delivery, or that our service will be free from errors or security breaches. We are not liable for lost data, account suspensions, or damages arising from your use of BandTools.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.
