We’ve made some exciting updates to BandTools. Here’s what’s new!

The Your subscriber list page is now a tabbed interface with a new subscriber activity view. Every time someone subscribes, unsubscribes or is removed from your list, the details will show up here:

Clicking on a sent newsletter takes you to the deliveries page, where you can see the details of who was sent the newsletter and when.



A new control at the top of the screen (1) lets you filter the deliveries by status, so you can quickly see all those waiting to be sent (queued) or that failed for some reason.

For any deliveries that did fail, there’s now a link you can click (2) to find out why it failed.



BandTools now automatically removes subscribers (3) from your list that could not be delivered to because their account or mailbox no longer exists. When this happens, it’s noted in the new subscriber activity tab mentioned above.

When viewing a sent newsletter, the Send to new subscribers button appears if you have subscribers that subscribed after your newsletter was sent, so that you can catch them up and send them the newsletter too. A bug meant that this button didn’t appear when it should have. This bug is now fixed.



Finally, the View newsletter archive link is no longer displayed on your subscribe page when your BandTools account plan includes the newsletter archive feature, but your archive does not actually contain any newsletters.
